This wild and untamable (in a good way) orange wine comes from a 20 years old vineyard on volcanic soils and just explodes with life and energy. The grapes see 3 weeks of skin contact during wild fermentation in cement tanks, elevage of a few months both in cement and old barriques and being bottled in April. Deep golden-hued, it radiates carnal aromas and flavours of dried papaya with cardamom and nutmeg, wild bouganvillea and grilled pineapple with honeyed chestnuts.
