V FOR VITTORIO 2016
V for Vittorio is named after Ennio and Mena’s young son and it’s a blend of 70% Trebbiano (most well known for its Toscana and Abruzzo declinations but present in Campania for ages) with a light skin contact of 8 days during fermentation. Blessed with feline agility and a barely disguised predator instinct, it’s a killer orange wine that will please newbies and nerds alike: fresh lemongrass with smoked hay and dried quince, persimmon with Mediterranean herbs and hints of chamomile.
