RASPONE
This wine is obtained from healthy Aglianico grapes, fermented thanks to the activity of their yeasts, it is free of added sulfites or other types of preservatives. It also did not undergo forced stabilization or temperature controls. The presence of any sediment in suspension is justified by the absence of any type of filtration during processing, and decanting is obtained only with the transfer. 25 days of maceration on skins and stalks in open vats. Aging 8 months in chestnut tonneaux and 4 months in steel. 2 months of rest in the bottle.
